Telangana state EAMCET results: The Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU), Hyerabad, conducted TS EAMCET 2020 on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) on September 9, 10, 11 and 14. The results of Telangana State Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2020 was declared by Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy. Over 75 per cent of the candidates who appeared in the Telangana EAMCET 2020 exam for the engineering stream last month have qualified, officials said on Tuesday.   Students protest to cancel exams Hyderabad:  Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad is going to conduct exams for first to third year students on October 20, 2020 as per the schedule. JNTU,Hyderabad has postponed semester exams due to corona they decided to conduct exams after normal for not to waste the academic year.  But students of first to third year students are protesting to cancel exams raising many issues during this academic year. Students are saying they are also unable to prepare for exams in this corona time due to lack of education classes.  Some of the colleges are also not at all finished their syllabus so many of the students are unable to exams. " School Reopening News:  Even though the Central government on Wednesday issued Unlock 5 guidelines on reopening of schools, the Union Home Ministry on Friday issued a fresh order and made it clear that it is not however compulsory for schools to restart classes on October 15. In the Unlock 5 guidelines, the MHA had also said that states and UTs have been given powers to take decision on re-opening of schools and coaching institutions after October 15 in graded manner. 50 year old women from meghalaya cleared her class 12 exams.   A 50-year-old working mother of four children and two grandchildren, Lakyntiew Syiemlieh dropped out of  Laitumkhrah Presbyterian School  in Shillong, Meghalaya, in 1988. She went to complete her higher education 30 years later and passed her class 12 exams on Monday, July 13, 2020. “I understand the importance of education — without it we are simply nothing,” she told The Indian Express.
