Why Muscles breakdown due to exercise 


Many of the people go for regular exercise but sometimes they feel that their muscles are paining they think this is due to over exercise but it is wrong, there are many factors for muscle paining. 

1. Muscle pains in beinging of exercise 

There are many people who even start exercise but all of sudden they start to do exercise, they don't even follow any guidelines by experience people.
These people's body in stable state before they are going to start exercising when they start exercises their muscles are disturbed due to these disturbance some of the muscles would breakdown and some of them are replaced their positions due to this their muscles get pained. 


2. Muscle pain due to over weight.

 During exercises people going to lift weights in gyms or in home by any means, if they lift particular weights doesn't problem but sometimes they lift weights behind their ability it leads to severe muscle pain. If we lift weights our muscles going to contract but sometimes it leads to muscle breakdown. So we doesn't lift weights behind our ability.


3. Muscle pain in the process of muscle building.


People want to build their muscles strong and healthy to protect themselves or to expose their personality or for gaming purposes etc,  But in the process of muscle building they take proper guidance and efficient methods though they can build their muscles proper other wise it may leads to many health problems in future. Without proper guidance in muscle building it leads to severe muscle pain so, we have to in careful during this process.

NEET PG Exam postponed by 4 months due to covid pandemic

  The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Post Graduate) was on Monday (May 3) postponed for at least four months amid a spike in COVID-19 cases. The decision to postpone the NEET-PG exam was taken a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the COVID-19 situation across the country. He reviewed various measures to augment human resources to manage the prevailing COVID situation effectively. According to sources, the government does not plan to hold the NEET PG exam 2021 before four months. Also students will be given atleast one month of time after the government announces final exam dates. The government said that it will make a large number of qualified doctors available for COVID-19 duties. This will reduce the workload on the existing doctors engaged in COVID duty and boost the efforts of triaging, it said. Mamata banerjee wons the election what about other parties

  Counting of votes for the assembly elections in West Bengal is underway. The state’s governing Trinamool Congress, led by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is facing a challenge from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).  The West Bengal Legislative Assembly, or the Vidhan Sabha, has a total of 294 seats.
